The location was perfect because it was near the Royal Palace and Mercantor San Miguel as well as incredible restaurants and bars. There were cheap, quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

Absolutely perfect location in the busy area, so close to a supermarket, market, lots os cafes, San Miguel Mercado and the centre of town. A great selection of local food at breakfast time.

The location is marvellous, it's in Centro district just off a great market.

Stayed in reasonably large room with comfortable beds. I had central heating, an iron and television. The location offered was absolutely perfect not far from restaurants nearby too as well as the San Miguel market.

The food was great and the staff was polite and absolutely kind. Thoroughly enjoyed the guest room, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony and a safe box. The location was very central and walking distance to a museum and a Royal palace.

I stayed at Hostal La Casa De La Plaza for 5 days during my visit to Madrid. The location of the hostel was perfect, right next to Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. The building had so much charm and gave me a true Madrid experience. The staff at the reception were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The value for money was excellent and the shared bathrooms were always clean. I also loved the hidden gem, a family-run restaurant next door that served delicious, affordable food.

Would recommend this hotel.

we were in a good and absolutely perfect location very close to all shops, bars & restaurants nearby, saint miguel market, which is in downtown madrid and the stations and attractions. the service here was perfect. the staff was extremely polite and amazingly nice, everything was really good.

The location of the hotel was absolutely superb, right in front of a famous market and just a short walk away from a popular square. I loved being able to easily explore the city by foot. the cleanliness of the entire hostel was outstanding. The rooms were tidy, and the shared bathrooms were always kept clean. It was a relief to never have to wait for my turn to use the facilities. Lastly, the price-quality ratio was great. I felt like I got a lot of value for my money during my stay.

One downside of the hotel was the thin walls in the rooms. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Great location near historical sights, San Miguel Mercado, and metro stops. Small but clean rooms with spotless bathrooms and plenty of hot water. I recommend this hotel.

We loved everything! The location was amazing! It is located next to a huge market with variety of food/drinks. It is about 2 minute walk away from the plaza mayor and 5 minute walk away from puerta de sol! Also for the price, the rooms were very decent. We had a balcony and beds were clean and very comfortable. Staff were very kind to us as well. They let us leave our luggage in the luggage room the day we checked out so that we can spend more time in Madrid. Very happy with our stay and would recommend it!
